Emmy winning Creative Director Mark Monteiro has been producing breakthrough advertising for over 30 years. Mark’s vast experience includes a position as Executive Creative Director at David&Goliath developing effective and award-winning campaigns for brands such as Kia Motors, Jack in the Box, Universal, CA Lottery and Carls Jr. Prior to David&Goliath, he was Chief Creative Officer at DDB Los Angeles. During his long and successful tenure there, he helped revitalize and transform the office from a traditional agency to a fully integrated powerhouse, bringing in many new accounts including Activision, Wells Fargo, Ameriquest Mortgage, Atari, Southern California Edison, Game Fly, Clearwire, Full Tilt Poker, Smashbox and Lynx.
Mark’s work includes the wildly popular Kia Super Bowl commercial featuring Melissa McCarthy that won the USA Today Super Bowl Poll. As well as the “Don’t Judge’ campaign for Ameriquest that won the Emmy, Cannes Lion, One Show, D&AD, Effie, New York Festivals and more. Additionally, Mark has created work for some of the best known brands in the world; Lexus, Nike, Porsche, Wells Fargo, Eveready, Budweiser, Honda, Yamaha, Audi, Volkswagen, Clearwire, Taco Bell and Epson.
When Mark isn’t working, he loves to travel with his wife Melanie, play with his dog Lilah, practice yoga, golf, hike, scuba dive, paddle board and ski. If stranded on an island with only one food, he would choose Mexican.

John Davis is an award-winning creative director and art director. He has worked at agencies including Deutsch, David&Goliath, The Richards Group, and Lambesis. His ideas have helped launch and re-brand Volkswagen, Bacardi, Airwalk Footwear, Old Navy, Dr Pepper, Toyota, MTV, Levis, Hot Wheels, among many others.
Throughout his career, John has been the recipient of numerous awards, including Cannes, N.Y. Art Directors Club, U.K. Green Awards, and the British D&AD awards. His work has been featured in Ad Week, Ad Age, Archive, Creativity, Communication Arts, the Wall Street Journal, N.Y. Times and Malcom Gladwell’s book on trend phenomenon’s, The Tipping Point.
John is also an avid traveler and has visited over 55 countries. His photography is based on cultures around the globe. John received his Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from Art College of Design and completed a post-graduate program at Art Center’s Switzerland campus.
